How to join AMPS
If you wish to download a printable form that can be completed offline you must be registered with the website. If you are already registered, then you just need to login and go to the download link in the left menu and then navigate to the AMPS Membership Application Form. If you wish to register then click the link at the top right of this page.
Alternatively, click the 'Join Now' button below to complete the form online. This is the simplest and quickest way to apply for membership to AMPS. Please note that payment is taken by one of the three methods listed below.

You may pay your subscription in one of three ways:
1. By cheque for the full amount £132. Please send this to AMPS, Glasgow Office, John Smith House, 145-165 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 4RZ . Tel 0141 4045424.

3. By check -off. This is a direct payment to the AMPS Union from your employer. It is taken from your pay before you receive it and will be shown on your payslip as a deduction. Please contact your payroll for further details. They will need to have our account details which are on the direct debit form.
