How to join AMPS

There are web friendly application forms currently in the download section of this website. Please access these to complete your application.

You may pay your subscription in one of three ways:

1. By cheque for the full amount £132. Please send this to AMPS, Parkgates, Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester M25 0JW Please enclose a complete application form with your cheque.

2. By Direct Debit. You may pay monthly, quarterly, or annually. Please complete the form and send direct to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  quoting branch 1920

3. By check -off. This is a direct payment to the AMPS Union from your employer. It is taken from your pay before you receive it and will be shown on your payslip as a deduction. Please contact your payroll for further details. They will need to have our account details which are on the direct debit form.

When you complete an online application form.

The user will be able to complete the form online and submit this to a specified address. You will receive a thank you to show that your form has been received.

The form will be added shortly and will be built to include the exact form fields and information provided to Web Foundry in the printed version of the form.
